Shipping Policy

Where

Orders will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. Tapidecor is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Delivery is made to the entrance of your home or building; the courier service is not required to deliver inside your residence.

If the recipient is absent at the time of delivery, Tapidecor reserves the right to attempt a second delivery. If this second attempt is unsuccessful, the goods will be returned to our warehouse. Should the customer request a new shipment, Tapidecor reserves the right to charge additional shipping costs or cancel the order, deducting any incurred transport expenses.

How

Light packages, such as decorative items or auxiliary furniture, will be shipped via a reputable logistics company. A package is considered light if it weighs no more than 30 kg and/or its maximum dimensions (length, width, height) do not exceed 120 cm. This information will be clearly indicated during the ordering process, so you won’t need to worry about it.

For heavy furniture or items requiring assembly or installation, shipping will be handled by specialized companies in the sector.

When

Delivery times are specified on the product page, when adding the item to your cart, and during checkout. The timeframe depends on the characteristics of each item, as some are custom-made and fully personalized for you.

Packages are shipped Monday through Friday. You can track your shipment using the tracking number provided via email, accessible through our courier’s website.

Cost

Shipping costs are displayed when you add a product to your cart and depend on the size, weight of the item, and the delivery destination.


Return Policy

Timeframe

You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to return it.

Despite our rigorous quality control to ensure shipments are delivered in optimal condition and on time, you may wish to return an item for any reason (e.g., the color isn’t to your liking, the size doesn’t suit your needs, or the delivery took too long). We’d appreciate it if you could indicate the reason for the return in the provided form, as this helps us improve our services.

In the case of incorrect or defective shipments, Tapidecor will arrange for the replacement of the correct item and cover the associated shipping costs.

How to Return

To meet the return deadline, you must submit a return request before the 14-day period expires through your customer account by following these steps:

  1. Go to the “Order History and Details” section in your account.
  2. Select the order containing the item you wish to return.
  3. Check the box next to the product(s) you want to return.
  4. Provide a brief explanation to help our team improve for next time.
  5. Click the “Request a Return Authorization” button to submit your request.
  6. You will receive a response via email once the package is received by Tapidecor.
  7. If approved, we will send you a “Return Label” to attach to the package, and the courier will arrange collection from the original delivery address.

Returned products must be in perfect condition, preferably in their original packaging and with all accessories included. Tapidecor will arrange the collection of return items from the original delivery address. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the initial transaction (credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) once the condition of the returned items has been verified.

We cannot accept returns for custom-made items manufactured exclusively for you, including:

  • Upholstered furniture
  • Custom textile products
  • Items made to specific measurements
  • Lamp shades, due to their fragility during transport, as their return carries a high risk of damage due to packaging challenges.

Cost of Return

Return shipping costs are equivalent to the original shipping fees, as Tapidecor does not aim to profit from returns. We want to ensure a positive shopping experience. These costs will be deducted from the original purchase price of the item during the refund process.
